How to Access Your Mobile Tickets

Important Notes:

    1. - Your mobile tickets will be valid and can be shown 2 hours prior to the bus leaves the 1st bus stop.
    2. - Screenshots and printouts of the mobile ticket will not be allowed to board a bus.
    3. - Mobile ticket service cannot be used on some routes. Please check whether the mobile ticket service is avaiable for your route when you book a ticket.
    4. - In case you cannot show the ticket to a bus driver, you will be asked to pay the fare on the spot.
    5. - You need to have a smartphone or tablet to use the Mobile Ticket service.
    6. - If you worry about wifi reception on the spot, you may want to bring e-ticket as well.
STEP 1
Please enter your email address you used for the booking and reservation number on the "Manage my Booking" Page.
Your booking details will be shown.

STEP 2
You will see the blue "Display Mobile Ticket" button on the reservation details page.
Simply tap and your mobile ticket will be displayed.

STEP 3
Please present your mobile ticket with QR code to a bus driver prior to departure.
STEP 1
