・We ask for your cooperation in keeping your luggage to a minimum due to the limits of the storage.
・Any dangerous items such as explosive materials, flammable materials and corrosive substanceｓ are prohibited to bring on the bus.
・We may refuse to carry any items if the size of your luggage does not comply with our size restrictions due to storage limitations.
・Passengers are allowed to store one piece of suitcase per passenger for free of charge in the storage compartment
・Snowboards, skis, surfboards, folding bicycles and fishing poles/rods are not allowed to bring onto the bus.
・Any fragile items and valuables items should not be stowed in the storage compartment in any circumstances, but should be taken on board as a hand luggage.
・We are not liable for any loss or damage to your luggage
・Bringing any living creature except for trained guide dogs or service dogs that are being used by person with disability is prohibited on the bus.
・Please do not use a hair dryer on the bus.
・Smoking on buses is strictly prohibited.

*We will not accept any inquiries directly regarding any particular bus operations and services since KOBO Co.,ltd. only operates the website for Japan Bus Online, and not the actual bus services. Please contact the operating bus company directly for information regarding bus operations( service status, locations of ticket window, boarding locations, loss of your ticket, lost and found and luggage.)
・Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or present the E-ticket on your mobile/smart phone prior to departure.
・Please note that you may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
・Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. Bus leaves on time and you are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.
・Please confirm your arrival spot at your own discretion and risk.
・Cancellations can be made via “ Manage my Booking” section of Japan Bus Online website by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged after the payment is completed.
・If the expressway is closed due to bad weather and/or circumstances beyond our control, either the bus service will be operated with another route or maybe canceled.
・Due to road condition and any circumstances beyond our control, departure or arrival time may change.
・We accept no responsibility for any extra overnights or taxi fares caused by any delays due to Acts of God, delayed departure or arrivals, bad road or weather conditions, any circumstances beyond our control.
About Luggage
Please store your personal belongings in the overhead rack or storage compartment underneath the bus.
Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. We shall not be liable for loss, damage or theft to your personal property.
It is your responsibility to load and unload your luggage into the storage compartment under the bus.
For safety, we ask for your cooperation not to store heavy luggage or/ and belongings into overhead bins if they become unstable.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your stored property in the storage compartment under the bus caused by fire, theft, and other cases
Passengers are allowed to store one piece of suitcase per passenger for free of charge in the storage compartment.
※ For some bus services, the storage compartment is open and passengers are required to load and unload their own luggage.
In this case, you will not be given a tag for the luggage, please be careful not to mix up the luggage with other passengers during collection.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to your luggage.
You are allowed to store luggage that complies with following weight & size limitations in the storage compartment.
(1) Less than 10kg in total.
(2) Less than 1 meter in total exterior dimensions (length+width+height).
※We may refuse to carry any items if the size of your luggage does not comply with our size restrictions due to storage limits.
■ Prohibited articles on board and in the storage compartment under the bus
(a) Large-sized items such as folding bikes, surfboards, snowboards, skis, golf bags and musical instruments etc
(b) Valuable items and any items that may get broken or damaged during a ride
(c) Animals except for trained guide dog ( Even if you keep animals in crates or/and put them in the luggage compartment, we refuse its transportation.
(d) Any dangerous articles and items that may hurt or annoy other passengers.
(e) Any items that may destroy the bus.
■ For your safety, please do not leave your luggage in the aisles.
