NOTE: A bus stop “ Osaka International Airport” is NOT Kansai International Airport, but “Itami Airport”.


We may refuse to carry any items if the size of your luggage does not comply with our size restrictions due to storage limitations.

If the size of your luggage does not comply with our size limitations, please arrange to carry your luggage by express courier before you travel..

Please load and unload your luggage into the storage compartment by your own.

We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your luggage.

・中型以上の旅行用のスーツケース ・スキー板、スノーボード　・自転車（折畳み自転車含む）等　・危険物等（爆発物・発火・引火しやすいものなど）・その他、当社約款により制限している荷物の持込み、積込みはできません。


<小動物（犬、ねこ、小鳥等）> 身体障害者補助犬法で定める盲導犬・聴導犬・介助犬以外は、お断りいたします。

*We will not accept any inquiries directly regarding any particular bus operations and services since KOBO Co.,ltd. only operates the website for Japan Bus Online, and not the actual bus services. Please contact the operating bus company directly for information regarding bus operations( service status, locations of ticket window, boarding locations, loss of your ticket, lost and found and luggage.)
Important notice from operating bus company

・Reservations opens one month before you travel.

・Please note that you need to repurchase the ticket if you have lost your ticket.

・Requests for a refund/cancellation of your ticket should be made before the cancellation deadline noted on your “ Reservation Details” via “ 　　Manage my Booking” of Japan Bus Online Website.. In you case you would like to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee, JPY 100 per person will apply.

・Amendments and cancellations AFTER you purchase your ticket cannot be made over the phone, or/and on Japan Bus Online Website. If you would like to change your reservation, please make another reservation with new requirements, and cancel your original reservation through “ Manage my Booking” on Japan Bus Online Website. 


・乗車券は、ご乗車日の前月の同日（前月の同日のない場合は前月の末日）から予約販売いたします。
・乗車券を紛失された場合、再発行できませんので乗車券の新規購入が必要です。

・乗車券の払い戻し（キャンセル）は、「予約詳細」に記載されているキャンセル期限前までにJapan Bus Onlineホームページの「Manage my Booking」より行ってください。この場合、所定の手数料を申し受けます。

・ 乗車券購入後の変更・取消は電話またはJapan Bus Onlineではできません。予約の変更をしたい場合は新規で予約を取り直し、Japan　Bus Onlineホームページの「Manage my Booking」よりキャンセルしてください。
