Important notice regarding this route.
・Please show your E-ticket before boarding, either printed or on your mobile device/smartphone.
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued. If your ticket is lost, a new ticket purchase is required.
・Once the departure time stated on the ticket has passed, the ticket will become invalid. No changes or refunds (cancellations) will be accepted after the departure time.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on time, so arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
・Ticket refunds (cancellations) must be made via the “Manage My Booking” section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline listed in your booking details. A designated cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes or cancellations after ticket purchase cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your booking, you must make a new reservation and then cancel the original ticket via “Manage My Booking” on the website.

Important notice from operating bus company
・Please load, unload, and store your luggage in the bus trunk compartment by yourself. Each passenger may bring luggage into the trunk compartment limited to items with a total dimension (sum of length, width, and height) within 1 meter, a weight of up to 10 kg, and a volume not exceeding 0.027 m³.
・Please keep valuables, expensive items, fragile items, and computers including electronic data with you at all times. We cannot provide compensation for loss or damage to luggage.

Lithium-ion batteries such as mobile batteries may overheat or catch fire if damaged or impacted.
Please carry them with you and keep them under your supervision at all times.They cannot be stored in the luggage compartment.

Items that cannot be brought on board:
- Dangerous goods, large quantities of matches, sulfur, corrosive substances, animals, unsanitary items, items emitting strong odors, objects that may cause harm or inconvenience to other passengers, or items that may damage the vehicle are not allowed in the bus including the trunk compartment.
- Large items such as skis, snowboards, folding bicycles, and musical instruments are also not permitted.

・The bus may be delayed due to accidents, traffic congestion, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances. Please note that we do not provide refunds for delays or compensation for missed connections with other transportation. However, in cases of extraordinary weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow resulting in road closures, the bus may be delayed, return to the departure point, or be canceled. In such cases, the fare will be refunded.
・Seat belt use is mandatory while the bus is in motion. For your safety, please wear your seat belt at all times. Please also be careful when standing up to use the restroom.
・When using the reclining function of your seat, please inform the passenger behind you before reclining and return the seat to its original position after use.
・Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and avoid causing inconvenience to other passengers. Also, ensure that the sound from portable music players or game devices does not disturb others. 
・Smoking is prohibited on all buses.
