・Only one piece of luggage per passenger may be stored in the trunk.
The following items cannot be stored: large suitcases (for long-term overseas stays), pets/animals (including in cages), skis, snowboards, surfboards, golf bags, bicycles (including folding bicycles), musical instruments, hazardous materials (explosives, flammable or easily ignitable items), and items clearly not considered personal luggage.
・We recommend attaching a name tag or other identification to prevent mix-ups. We are not responsible for any luggage mix-ups.
・Storage space is limited, so please keep your luggage to a minimum.
・Hand luggage brought into the bus must be of a size that does not disturb other passengers.
・Hazardous materials, pets, or items that may pose a danger cannot be accepted in the cabin or trunk.
・Passengers are responsible for managing their own valuables and luggage.
・We cannot accept responsibility for theft, loss, or damage.
・There will be one rest stop at a service area, etc. (approximately after 1 hour and 30 minutes of driving) for 10 to 15 minutes. The rest location may change depending on operating or road conditions.
・Departure and arrival times may be delayed due to unavoidable reasons such as weather or road conditions.
・If safe operation cannot be ensured, the service may be canceled or partially canceled (skipping certain bus stops).
・If arrival is delayed and taxi use or overnight accommodation becomes necessary, we cannot cover such expenses.
We are also not responsible for missed connections with other transportation (such as flights).
・No refunds will be made for delays.
・During long holiday periods such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year, heavy traffic is expected and departure/arrival times may be significantly delayed.
