・Please show your E-ticket before boarding, either printed or on your mobile device/smartphone.
・Lost tickets cannot be reissued. If your ticket is lost, a new ticket purchase is required.
・Before boarding, please check the boarding location on Japan Bus Online. Buses depart on time, so arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
・Ticket refunds (cancellations) must be made via the “Manage My Booking” section on the Japan Bus Online website before the cancellation deadline listed in your booking details. A designated cancellation fee will apply.
・Changes or cancellations after ticket purchase cannot be made by phone or through Japan Bus Online. If you wish to change your booking, you must make a new reservation and then cancel the original ticket via “Manage My Booking” on the website.

・Arrival times may be delayed due to road or weather conditions.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
・Please set mobile phones to silent mode and refrain from making phone calls while on board.
・Carry-on items should be placed on the overhead rack or in the luggage compartment under the bus.
・Passengers are responsible for managing their own belongings.
・When using the overhead rack, please do not place heavy or unstable items for safety reasons.
・When using the luggage compartment, passengers must load and unload their own luggage.
We are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of baggage.
・The following items are not permitted in the cabin or luggage compartment:
