・Each passenger may check in one piece of luggage approximately the size of a suitcase. For additional luggage, please use a delivery service in advance.

(1) Total weight within 10 kg
(2) Volume within 0.027 cubic meters
(3) Length within 1 meter
・Please note that the company does not take any responsibility for damage, loss, or theft of luggage stored in the trunk room or carried inside the bus.
Although staff may assist with loading or unloading luggage into/from the trunk room, we are not responsible for any damage during this process.
・To avoid receiving the wrong luggage when retrieving it from the trunk room, we recommend that passengers use a name tag or other identifiable mark on their luggage.
・Departure or arrival times may be delayed due to road conditions, weather, disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. In case of delayed arrival at the destination requiring taxi use or accommodation, we will not be liable for any related expenses.

・Seating is limited, and if the bus is fully booked, you cannot board a bus. Standing passengers are not allowed on expressways.
