・ The Koriyama–Nekoma Ski Resort Line operates on a reservation basis (though passengers without advanced reservations may board if seats are available).
・ Passengers are limited to one piece of luggage per person (maximum dimensions: 1 meter in length; maximum weight: 10 kg; maximum volume: 0.027 cubic meters).
Please note that due to limited luggage compartment space, we may refuse to transport your luggage.
・ Only foldable wheelchairs are permitted. However, the following items are not permitted on board or in the luggage compartment:
- Skis and snowboards (items not in a cover or case cannot be accepted)
- Folding bicycles (items not in a cover or case cannot be accepted)
- Valuables
- Perishables or items that emit strong odors
- Any other items that may cause inconvenience to other passengers if brought on board or into the luggage compartment
・ Please notify the crew when storing luggage in the luggage compartment.
・ For safety reasons, the crew will operate the luggage compartment doors, but passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their own luggage.
Passengers are also responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings.
・ Please note that the bus company assumes no liability for theft, damage, or loss of items.
・ Lithium-ion batteries, such as those used in mobile batteries/power banks, may overheat or catch fire if subjected to impact or damage. Therefore, power banks cannot be stored in the luggage compartment. Please keep them with you inside the bus and carry them in the cabin.
・ Buses may not depart or arrive at the scheduled times due to natural disasters, traffic congestion, road closures, etc.
・ Service may be suspended if it is determined that passenger safety cannot be guaranteed due to road conditions, weather, or other factors. In the event of bus service suspension, refunds will be issued without a handling fee; however, we will not provide compensation for connecting transportation or accommodations arranged independently by the passenger.・Please be aware that significant delays in arrival at the destination may occur due to road or weather conditions. No refunds will be issued for delays. We cannot accept claims for expenses incurred—such as taxi fares or accommodation costs—should the arrival be delayed.
・Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
・Please refrain from using mobile phones on board, as this may disturb other passengers.
・For your safety, please wear your seatbelt while the bus is in motion.
