【Information about boarding】
・Please present the printed copy of your E-ticket or E-ticket on your mobile/smart phone prior to boarding. Please note that you may have to repurchase the ticket if you do not present the ticket when asked.
・Please review your boarding spot on Japan Bus Online before boarding the bus. Passengers are advised to be at the boarding spot at least 10 minutes in advance of the reserved departure time.
【Cancellations】
・Cancellations can be made via the “ Manage my Booking” section of Japan Bus Online website, by yourself until the cancellation deadline indicated on the reservation details. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged after the payment is completed.

Important notice from operating bus company

・Children below the age of 6, if accompanied by an adult and not occupying a seat, will be free of charge. Not more than two children will be carried free of charge for any one adult.

・The bus schedule is subject to change due to traffic and weather conditions without prior notice to passengers.

・Rest stops are scheduled two times at a Parking Area or/and Service Area on the way to a destination.

・Smoking on buses is strictly prohibited.

・Pets are not allowed on bus and trunk.

・It will take about 8 hours and 40 minutes from Osaka/Kyoto to Hakuba, and the other way round will take about 11 hours 39 minutes.

There may be times when your skis, snowboards, bikes and large suitcases may not be stowed in the luggage compartment due to its limit. 
Overnight buses do not accept large items, including skies, snowboards, and bikes. Please send large items to your destinations by courier in advance.
